What is Meta AI?
Meta AI Assistant is a free AI chatbot based on the Llama 3 model, developed by Meta Inc. It is integrated into Meta’s social applications such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger, as well as the web version of Meta.ai. Users can use Meta AI Assistant to access information, learn, create content, and engage in social interactions. The assistant supports rapid image generation, can create animations and GIFs in real time, and has a search function that integrates real-time search results from Bing and Google. Furthermore, Meta AI Assistant is being rolled out globally, supports English, and plans are underway to expand to more countries and languages.
Meta AI’s main functions

How to use Meta AI
Meta AI Assistant currently supports users in more than a dozen English-speaking countries, including the United States, Australia, Canada, Ghana, Jamaica, Malawi, New Zealand, Nigeria, Pakistan, Singapore, South Africa, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
- Visit the official website of Meta AI Assistant (meta.ai)
- Enter your question in the input box at the bottom and send it.
- No login is required to use it; however, you will need to log in to your Facebook account to save conversation history.
- Click Imagine to start drawing in AI (login required for drawing).
- Click “New conversation” to create a new conversation.
In addition, users can also access Meta AI through Meta’s social applications Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger.
